We are a young and fast-growing company located in the 7th district in Vienna. We fulfill our dream of creating excellent products for the Airsoft Community.
Our goal is to create airsoft products that people love.
Products that don’t need any tinkering to make them work.
Products that offer our customers nothing but a great experience.
We are passionate about Airsoft and share the same love towards the sport and the equipment needed. To fulfill this, we are searching for like-minded and interesting people.
What will you be doing?
- Work as part of a team of textile and gear developers.
- Create prototypes based on concepts and design documents by the team. Tailor uniforms, work on new camouflage patterns, find new improvements for existing tactical gear.
- You will use our well equipped workshop with industrial sewing machines, lasercutter and 3D printer.
- We are a fast-moving company. If you are an efficient tailor, you can expect your creation to be produced within a couple of months after you started with the concept.
Overview
- Tailor and create uniforms, pouches, leafsuits, plate carriers, battlebelts, backpacks and many other tactical-gear related products
- Prototyping of future products
- Communication with manufacturing facility for mass production
- Sample checking and quality control
Job requirements
Necessary
- English (Company language is English)
- Proficient sewing skills. (Must be able to work with industrial sewing machines)
- Strong interest in textile manufacturing processes
- Problem-solving ability
- Structured working
- Must relocate to Vienna, Austria
- Be very detailed from concept stage through to specs and final designs.
- Passionate about designing inspiring and unique products.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create exciting products.
- Passionate about driving fashion forward in a growing company.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends within the airsoft / tactical industry.
Nice to have
- Basic 3D/CAD/Illustrator skills
- Experience in working together with factories
- Airsoft or Military experience

In addition, you can expect a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2.100,00 for the full-time position. Any additional overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
